A simple triangle is the basis for this component. Using the "width" tool and by copying the triangle once (and rotating it) the shape in the middle was created. "Convert to shape > rectangle" was then used to create one of the squares on the far right. This square was then copied another three times (with varying opacities) to create the final shape.
